So ready for a spa day but no time to go to an actual Spa? You are not alone. Try these simple homemade spa package including a pink lemonade bath bomb, Himalayan salt & sugar scrub with Lavender essential oil, a yogurt face mask with rose and oats and followed by all natural soothing Lavender Sandalwood body oil (hopefully a bonus massage). Enjoy!
Pink Lemonade bath bomb
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup Baking Soda
¾ Cup Citric Acid
½ Cup Himalayan pink salt
3 Tbsp Sweet Almond oil
5 drops Lemon essential oil
Directions:
- Mix Baking soda, Citric Acid and Himalayan pink salt well in a bowl
- Mix lemon essential oil with sweet almond oil
- Pour oil mix into the powder mix from Step 1 and stir well
- Place it in preferred mold halves, press them together for 10 secs
- Take the bomb out and let air dry for 24 hours
Himalayan Salt and Sugar Scrub
1 ½ TBSP Pink Himalayan Salt
1 ½ TBSP Cane Sugar
1 TBSP Aloe Vera Gel
3 Drops Lavender Essential Oil (OPTIONAL)
Directions:
Mix Himalayan salt and cane sugar together, add Aloe Vera gel and essential oil, mix well
Rose Oat Yogurt Face Mask
Ingredients:
1 TBSP Dried Rose Petals
1 TBSP Rolled Oats
2 TBSP Greek Yogurt
1/2 TBSP Raw Honey (optional)
Directions:
Blend Rose petals and oats to powder, add Greek yogurt and honey and stir well.
Soothing Lavender Sandalwood Body Oil
Ingredients:
½ Cup Sweet Almond Oil
5-6 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
5-6 Drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
Directions:
Mix Almond Oil and essential oil well and Enjoy!
