Peppermint Lavender Eucalyptus Bath Salt Recipe for Sore Muscles

Many of us have sore muscles at the end of the day for various reasons. Here is a easy to follow bath salt recipe to make bath time more relaxing. It combines Epson salts with dry herbs and essential oils to help create relaxing and rejuvenating bath experience. Enjoy!


1 Cup    Epson salts (I used ½ Cup of Epson salts and ½ Cup of Himalayan pink salt for pink color)

2 Tbsp   Dried Peppermint leaves

2 Tbsp   Dried Lavender flowers

5 drops Lavender essential oil

5 drops Peppermint essential oil

5 drops Eucalyptus essential oil


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together well
  2. Add essential oil
  3. Stir well and enjoy
